Led by physical therapists and fitness professionals, PLUS is designed specifically for adults 60+, combining strength and power training, balance work, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional movement in a safe, fun environment.
With expert coaching, individualized attention, and a supportive community, PLUS workouts are structured, scalable, and focused on real-world movement — so you can move better inside and outside the gym. Personal Training
Strength and power are the most effective tools for healthy, independent aging.
At Top Form, our personal training bridges the gap between healthcare and fitness. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, returning to exercise after time away, or looking to improve performance, our coaches draw on rehab and strength-training backgrounds to build individualized programs around your unique goals and abilities.
Training takes place in one of our two semi-private studios — a personalized experience with a welcoming community atmosphere. For clients who want guidance outside the gym, our remote programming delivers individualized training plans through our coaching platform, with 24/7 access to your coach.

Our personal training services are designed to support fitness, strength, and overall well-being. They are separate from physical therapy and other healthcare services and do not include medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing pain, injury, or other health concerns, we recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning an exercise program.
Cash-Based Physical Therapy

Every session is delivered one-on-one by Doctor of Physical Therapy Jen Ciardulli in a private setting — a highly personalized experience focused entirely on your goals and the activities that matter most to you. As a fully cash-based practice, we provide the time, attention, and individualized care each person deserves.
Whether you're recovering from an injury or surgery or simply looking to maintain an active lifestyle, our approach extends beyond symptom management. Through expert guidance, personalized treatment, and purposeful movement, we'll help you continue doing the things you love — with confidence — for years to come.
